Padland - About us

padland.co is a Residential Development Land Agency and Consulting Practice established in January 2017. We offer a range of specialist services to landowners, their advisors, house builders and developers.

Paddy Sykes MBA MRICS is the Director of padland.co. He has over 25 years of experience in the residential development land sector operating across the south of England.

Prior to setting up padland.co Paddy worked at Partner/Director level for several regional and national Property Consultancy practices.

The padland.co ethos is to provide a highly professional and personable service in giving expert advice to our clients to ensure the value of their property is protected, enhanced and maximised.
